About Infection Prevention Measures At the Onsen Property Tsukagoshiyashichibee and Annex Kaunkan, all staff are making every effort to implement measures in accordance with the national infection prevention guidelines to ensure that our guests can relax and enjoy their stay with peace of mind. However, we believe that our efforts alone are not sufficient. We kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of each guest. Staff Initiatives ○ Conducting temperature checks and health condition assessments before starting work (staff with abnormalities are prohibited from working) ○ Washing hands for 20 seconds, disinfecting hands with alcohol-based sanitizer, and gargling (regularly and as needed) ○ Thorough cleaning of the entire Property using hypochlorous acid water and ensuring adequate ventilation ○ Installing alcohol-based sanitizers at all service entrances and requiring disinfection upon entry and exit ○ Ventilating the entire Property before check-in and after check-out ○ Wearing masks at all times Guest Initiatives ○ Limiting the number of Reservations and capacity, and setting usage restrictions for groups and parties ○ Guests with Reservations at Kaunkan will not share dining spaces with other guests ○ Providing portable alcohol-based sanitizing sprays in all Rooms Requests to Guests ○ In the event of a state of emergency declaration or a request for self-restraint on outings, we kindly ask guests from the affected areas to refrain from making Reservations or visiting the Property. ○ Please cooperate with temperature checks upon arrival. ○ If you or your companions have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat, even if mild, upon arrival, we will contact the health center and follow their instructions. ○ Alcohol-based sanitizers are installed at the main entrance. Please disinfect your hands before entering. ○ Please cooperate by wearing masks in public spaces within the Property. (If you do not have a mask, please inform the front desk.) ○ An alcohol-based sanitizing spray is provided in each Room. Please use it as needed during your stay. (The spray must be returned upon check-out.) ○ For the use of the large public baths, please check the number of footwear at the entrance and use the baths with the following capacity as a guideline: ・Main Property Tsukagoshiyashichibee "Hototogisu no Yu" ... Approximately 10 people per gender ・Kaunkan exclusive for guests "Owl no Yu" ... Approximately 3 people per gender ○ In the large public baths, please maintain distance (spacing) from other guests, such as when using lockers. ○ Please ventilate your Room, wash your hands frequently, and gargle. ○ Please disinfect your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when entering and exiting dining areas. ○ Please ventilate your Room, wash your hands frequently, and gargle. ○ If you feel unwell during your stay, please contact the front desk immediately. Depending on future circumstances, we may notify you of temporary closure. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
