All guest Rooms are quiet Japanese-style Rooms with tatami flooring—perfect for enjoying a slow, relaxing stay. In addition to standard Japanese-style Rooms, we also offer guest Rooms with a private Onsen bath fed directly from our own hot spring source. Choose the Room that suits your needs, including baths made of fragrant Aomori hiba wood or Shigaraki ware. Enjoy the Onsen anytime, as many times as you like, in complete privacy.

Creative Japanese cuisine crafted with fresh ingredients delivered to our kitchen daily. Featuring the best seasonal produce as well as an abundance of local Aizu ingredients, our head chef proudly presents a variety of signature dishes. Because each day’s menu is created around the finest ingredients available that day, even in the same season you can enjoy dishes that can be tasted “only on that day”—a unique pleasure found only at Konjakutei. In winter, we use local winter vegetables; seasonal fish and shellfish are delivered directly from the Toyosu Market; and we also feature premium Fukushima beef graded A4 or higher—bringing the season to your table for a feast to delight both eyes and palate.

A rare Accommodation in Higashiyama Onsen with its own private hot spring source. Fresh, high-quality Onsen water flows directly from the source into a granite bath. We offer only a small indoor bath, but the exceptional water quality comes highly recommended even by Onsen sommeliers. Once you experience a truly authentic soak, you’ll want to return again and again—relax and rejuvenate both body and mind in our signature Onsen.
