Inn of Wildflowers: Futari Shizuka

We stayed with an infant and a young child, and had a very comfortable stay.The Room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member was extremely kind and hospitable, so we felt at ease throughout our stay.The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully presented. Since we have children, we are careful about ingredients and additives, but we were able to enjoy everything with peace of mind right through to the final dessert.It was also convenient that the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway Station is right in front of the Accommodation.For families with small children, this Accommodation has it all—the spacious Room, the warm support from the staff, reassuring meals, and a convenient location—making it very easy to stay here. We would definitely like to return.

It was my first time, and I headed straight for a heavenly retreat! I stayed at Bettei Ichika Ichiyo with a Plan that included round-trip tickets for the local bus and ropeway. Although it was cloudy that day, I was able to enjoy perfectly timed views of Hoken-dake, the Senjojiki Cirque, and Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Southern Alps. The large open-air bath in the public bathhouse was spacious and very relaxing. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and I truly enjoyed them. On the way to the annex, the corridor had an air of luxury. Thank you to all the staff for your kind and courteous hospitality. One thing I noticed was that there were not many power outlets; when charging my phone, I had to unplug the electric kettle to use its outlet. The next morning, you kindly let us leave our car in the parking lot at Futari Shizuka-sama and drove us to board the Komagatake Ropeway from Suganodai Bus Center, which was very helpful. On our return trip, we were able to get off right in front of the Accommodation at Komaganehashi-Minami, which was great. Thank you very much.
