Because our Room was on the 2nd floor, we were disappointed that we couldn’t see the koi in the pond. My wife is pregnant, and it was difficult because it was a long walk to the elevator. Not only in the garden but also around the open-air bath in the large public bath, many decorative stones were placed throughout, which made it very relaxing. I thought it was very rare to have an outdoor cold plunge bath for the sauna. Next time, we’d like to stay at the Ryokan longer and relax in the open-air bath.

1) Temperature checks at check-in
*Guests with high fever or poor physical condition may be denied entry to our accommodation.
In case of cancellation due to such circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.
2) Placement of alcohol-based sanitizers in all guest rooms
3) Placement of alcohol-based sanitizers in shared spaces
4) Disinfection with alcohol-based sanitizers on door handles, remote controls, etc., in guest rooms
■ Measures by Kagetsu
1) Strict health management for employees (temperature checks and health monitoring upon reporting to work)
2) Handwashing and use of alcohol-based sanitizers upon entry (for employees and suppliers)
3) Customer service with masks worn by all staff members
*These measures are implemented based on notifications from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as well as the Japan Tourism Agency.
