  • The dinner buffet is exceptional.

    The staff at the front desk and lobby were very kind, and it was a wonderful Hotel. The dinner was absolutely amazing and delicious. However, I chose the Plan with the Appi Resort Pass, but since it was during the busy Obon season in August, the staff at APPI ExPlore? seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long lines of customers. I felt that a significant amount of valuable time was wasted. Despite having so many staff members in the Hotel lobby, couldn't this be managed a bit better? If it's just for pool use, being able to go directly to the pool would make things much more efficient. Also, wouldn't it be better if Resort Passes were handed out at the Hotel front desk along with signing any necessary documents there? I hope these ideas can be discussed among everyone as I'd love to visit again next year!
