At "Tachibanaya," immerse yourself in 370 years of refined blissful relaxation amidst the rich nature of Atsumi Onsen. The scenery, reflecting the changing seasons, offers new inspiration with every visit, filling your heart to its depths. The gentle murmur of clear streams, birdsong, and the warmth of the Onsen create an exquisite tranquility. Here lies a special moment where you can forget daily life and experience true relaxation.

  • We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

  • The location was great, and the Onsen was spacious with water quality I really liked, so it was a wonderful stay. The front desk staff—both international and Japanese—were kind and courteous. The meals were just the right amount, and we enjoyed them with delicious local ingredients.
