1: Thorough Ventilation In indoor Facilities with windows or doors, we regularly ventilate by exchanging the air. 2: Prevention of Contact Transmission We disinfect as needed high-touch points in guest rooms during your stay, such as doorknobs, window levers, light switches, remote controls, refrigerator doors, telephones, faucets, showerheads, hair dryers, toilet flush buttons, and more. We also disinfect as needed areas touched by many people, such as doorknobs and doors in common areas, escalator handrails, and elevator buttons. We have added more disinfectant stations throughout the building and ask guests to sanitize their hands not only upon entry but also when using the restaurant and meeting/banquet Facilities. 3: Prevention of Droplet Transmission We maintain social distancing (1–2 m) and ensure staff wear masks when serving guests. Droplet-prevention panels are installed at the front desk counter. 4: Prevention of Staff Infection All employees understand the risks of contact and droplet transmission while performing service duties. Employees wash hands and sanitize hands upon entering the building and before starting work, and also as needed during working hours. Employees are required to wear masks while commuting and at work. If an employee has a family member who is infected or suspected to be infected, we share information as appropriate and thoroughly manage the employee’s health condition.
