My spouse and I stayed in a Suite Room for two nights.The Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, so we were able to relax in complete comfort. We also really enjoyed the private open-air bath in the guest room at our leisure—it was the perfect way to unwind after traveling.The food was especially outstanding. Each dinner course was prepared with great care, and we were highly satisfied not only with the flavors but also with the presentation and service. Breakfast was equally plentiful, and we enjoyed every meal over both nights.All of the staff were courteous and attentive, which made our stay truly pleasant. My wife and I both agreed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision, and it became a wonderful memory of our trip to Hida Takayama.One small point: even for guests, outdoor parking costs 1,000 yen per day. Considering the Accommodation Fee, we would have appreciated complimentary parking or a guest discount.That said, overall it was an extremely satisfying stay. If we have another chance to visit Takayama, we would definitely like to stay again.
アスハヒカル 9/6/2026We were completely satisfied with everything—the restaurant, the Room, and the large Onsen bath.Since we were traveling with my elderly parents, the staff kindly accommodated us by assigning a Room near the elevator. At the buffet restaurant as well, they immediately understood our request as soon as we sat down, and everything went smoothly.At the Japanese restaurant, there were many non-Japanese staff alongside experienced Japanese staff, and everyone was very polite, making our stay truly comfortable.The Room was spacious with an easy-to-live-in layout, which was great.The Onsen left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth.
