ゲスト 8/12/2026Although the Ryokan is a bit old, it was kept very clean and carefully maintained. It is within walking distance of the fireworks festival venue, and the exterior has a charming traditional Japanese style. The Room was spacious, and the view of the trees from the window, along with the attentive service, was very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast served in the Room were delicious. They arranged for a massage therapist for me, and the massage was excellent—I was very satisfied. I especially loved the open-air bath at the large public bath, so I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Atami.

Reasons for not using alcohol-based sanitizers:
1: Alcohol does not effectively eliminate norovirus or bacteria such as E. coli O-157, Campylobacter, Salmonella, or Vibrio parahaemolyticus that cause food poisoning.
2: Alcohol evaporates quickly, making it unsuitable for wiping surfaces during cleaning.
3: Considering our location in a tourist area, we prioritize environmental sustainability by avoiding sanitizers that negatively impact the planet.
