A property featuring indigo dyeing and kaiseki cuisine, a tranquil retreat for adults nestled in the Yokoya Gorge of Tateshina, Shinshu.
Both breakfast and dinner featured local ingredients, allowing us to fully enjoy Nagano Prefecture. There was also a private open-air bath, and in this nature-rich setting we felt truly refreshed. My grandmother in her 80s seemed to enjoy it as well—thank you very much.
ふかふかの雲 7/23/2026I had a quiet, relaxing stay.The in-Room bath was comfortable.However, it may not be ideal for guests who dislike insects.Above all, the staff service was excellent. Overall, I felt it offered great value for the price.The parking lot entrance and exit felt a bit narrow.I would like to stay here again.

The Four Seasons of Tateshina
Tateshina Ai quietly stands in the Tateshina Highlands. Surrounded by Tateshina's natural forest, all guest rooms offer views of trees that change with the seasons, and in the tranquil space, you can hear the sounds of nature such as wind and birds.
- Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with tea and original sweets - 15:30～17:30: "Tokoroten" is served in the post-bath area - 20:00～21:00: "Evening of Sound and Light" is held in the lobby every night (one glass of red or white wine or grapefruit juice is served per guest) - "Soba Sushi" is prepared in the Room's refrigerator for a late-night snack - After breakfast, coffee, tea, and matcha are served
Exquisite kaiseki cuisine crafted with fresh Shinshu vegetables and seasonal ingredients.
The open-air bath surrounded by nature offers the sounds of chirping birds, wind, and rustling trees. The gentle spring water quality is enjoyable for both children and the elderly.
