    The food was delicious.However, I wish we could have had a bit more time to eat at a relaxed pace.Also, it would be nice if the staff were a little more friendly. I was also concerned that explanations sometimes felt insufficient.A bit more in the way of smiles and hospitality would be appreciated.

In accordance with newly issued guidelines announced at the request of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we will ask for your cooperation in having your temperature checked at check-in. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as coughing or sore throat, we will respond in line with the guidelines. At “Nonohanatei Komurasaki,” to prevent infection and the spread of COVID-19, we place the health and safety of our guests and staff first. To ensure you can stay with peace of mind, we have implemented the following infection prevention measures since April 1, 2020. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the property, and we ask for your cooperation in using it. We closely monitor staff health conditions. For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene considerations, service staff wear masks while assisting guests. If your check-in time overlaps with other guests upon arrival, we will escort you directly to your Room immediately and complete check-in procedures in your guest Room. Meals (both breakfast and dinner) are served in your Room. For bathing, please use the private open-air bath and indoor hinoki cypress bath provided in your Room. Before breakfast—after you wake up—we kindly ask that you open a window once to ventilate your Room. Nearest station: 3 minutes on foot from Izukyū-Shimoda Station.
