  • It was very comfortable!

    The Onsen inside the property was wonderful, and the private open-air bath in the detached annex was outstanding in both its Facility and the view. The open-air bath in particular was incredibly soothing, set in a location shaped by nature.We had both dinner and breakfast, and if only I’d had a bit more room in my stomach…I would have loved to enjoy even more. My one regret is that there were dishes I passed on. Everything we did have was excellent. I really appreciated being told when the tempura at dinner was freshly fried—it was absolutely delicious. Thank you as well for making my “everything included” omelet at breakfast come true.I didn’t know there would be a doctor fish experience, but it was so much fun it made me let out a weird sound.

    It was located in a wonderfully nature-rich setting. The meals were also very delicious.The private open-air bath in the detached annex was a truly special, escape-from-the-everyday experience.I’d love to visit again.

    A brand-new authentic Finnish sauna opens September 12!

    We have newly added a standalone sauna room beside the baths at “Chobou-no-Yu” and “Shirakaba-no-Yu.”
    With a large window in the sauna, you can enjoy your session while taking in sweeping views of the Echigo mountains or the birch grove.
    The sauna stove is SAWO’s cylindrical “Tower Round Heater,” introduced by SAWO, a Finnish company founded in 1994—the home of authentic sauna culture.
    An automatic löyly system operating every 15 minutes releases rich steam rising from the sauna stones, upgrading your experience to Finnish-level luxury.
    In addition, radiant heat from lava stone covering an entire wall warms you to the core, while the soothing aroma of domestically sourced hinoki cypress used for the ceiling and benches brings deep relaxation to both body and mind.
