Once again, from the Reservation stage onward, your courteous and kind service was outstanding. The Room, Onsen, and meals were all excellent, but above all, the staff’s hospitality is wonderful and makes me glad I come every time. In particular, the staff member who assists us in the private dining room is always exceptional.The male staff members on our previous visits were also excellent, and this time the female staff member was just as wonderful—her explanations were easy to understand, and her attentive service made it a pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal. We arrived early, and even though the cleaning was still in progress, the staff welcomed us with a smile. The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the meals, the Onsen, and the Room. When we left, a male staff member said, “It’s a Father’s Day Onsen trip, isn’t it? Thank you,” and gave us a pair of chopsticks. We truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. We would definitely like to visit again.
