Although the weather was unfortunate, we were so glad we chose Kichiyu to spend time with close friends we hadn’t seen in a while. As hospitality professionals ourselves, we tend to be quite critical, but we truly felt that your company philosophy is shared throughout the team—from the cleaning staff to the front desk and everyone who interacts directly with guests. In particular, near the end of breakfast when it’s understandable for buffet dishes to run low, we really appreciated the thoughtful male staff member who quietly replenished items. アドアOG 9/11/2026My spouse and I travel to various places two or three times a year. This time, we were able to Reserve Kiichiyu early, which we had been interested in for some time, and we arrived really looking forward to it. From the Room to the entire Facility, everything was impeccably clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. The building design and furniture layout also felt spacious, creating an environment that made it easy to unwind. From the Room, we could see Yumigahama Beach beyond the pine grove; when we opened the window, the soothing sound of the waves was wonderful, and at night we were lucky enough to see a beautiful moon. The Onsen was at just the right temperature and very easy to soak in—we felt warm all through our bodies afterward. The sashimi at dinner was very fresh; my wife and I each chose a different kinmedai option, and we were extremely satisfied. I’ve had simmered fish at many Accommodations, but this one is the best for me. My wife especially loved the beef baked in puff pastry. Breakfast was a buffet with just the right amount of variety, and everything was delicious. Above all else, every staff member’s service and greetings were so cheerful and pleasant—this was truly an outstanding Accommodation with nothing to complain about. We would definitely like to stay again.
