Why not try creating “Animation Basics” at the Tezuka Osamu Memorial Museum’s “Anime Studio,” a 15-minute walk from Hotel Wakamizu?
Using a pencil and the same animation paper used in real production studios, you can turn your own drawings into animation and enjoy a variety of hands-on activities—fun for everyone from young children to adults.

Meet our proud, large Nishikigoi as they glide gracefully through the pond.

■ Suzumushi Cricket Listening [FREE]
Enjoy the soothing sound of suzumushi crickets and savor the atmosphere of a Japanese summer.

■ Flower Watering [FREE]
Connect with nature as you water seasonal flowers.
*Watering with a ladle is also popular.

■ Natural Carbonation Bubbling Up!? [FREE]
A rare natural phenomenon unique to Takarazuka Onsen—natural carbonation bubbling up from theriverbed right before your eyes.
