  • It was just before the summer holiday season when we visited, and since there were fewer guests, they kindly upgraded our Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a Room with an open-air bath, so we could soak in the Onsen many times and felt truly refreshed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The spacious garden was in hydrangea and rose season, and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful grounds. It was an early summer vacation for us—thank you very much!

  • We visited using an Iwate Prefecture accommodation discount. The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed by the wonderfully luxurious space. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly heartwarming. In the lounge, you can freely enjoy cold juice and coffee; in particular, the chilled pumpkin soup was delicious, and we went back for seconds. The dinner and breakfast both featured a wide variety of dishes made generously with Iwate ingredients, and everything was excellent. After dinner, you can enjoy folk songs and mochi-pounding at the festival plaza. Guests can also join in the mochi-pounding, and we had a fun (and tasty) time. The Onsen was clean, spacious, and open-feeling. We enjoyed visiting multiple baths: an indoor bath, a semi-open-air bath, an open-air bath, and a private bath. The free-to-use massage chairs and post-bath ice cream were also much appreciated. The water quality was great—our skin felt silky smooth afterward. The gardening park attached to the Hotel is very large as well. At night we were soothed by the beautiful illuminations visible from our Room window, and in the morning we enjoyed seasonal flowers while taking a walk. We would love to visit again in a different season.
