Chef André, a French chef from "Bon' Ap," will now oversee the cuisine.
French-Italian fusion cuisine, supervised by French chef André, combines authentic flavors from France and Italy with the finest Japanese ingredients to create dishes that are both bold and delicate. Enjoy this exquisite culinary experience. *André (Culinary Supervisor)* Born in Paris, France, André began his culinary journey at the age of 14 and became a restaurant chef in Paris at just 22. Until the age of 28, he worked under Michelin-starred chefs in Paris. He later served as a chef at renowned hotels and restaurants across Italy, Bora Bora Island, the UK, Australia, New Caledonia, and more. Having moved to Japan 18 years ago, he contributed to launching several "Ore no French" restaurants. Currently based in Izu Kogen as the owner-chef of French-Italian deli "Bon’ Ap," André will take on the role of supervising all cuisine at our Hotel starting January 2025.
Cortelargo Izu-Kogen is a Hotel located on an elevated area at 217 meters above sea level, slightly towards the seaside from Route 135. During seasons with clear air, you can enjoy views of the Izu Islands beyond the forest.

We have partnered with the dog hotel "Only・WAN ~Your Beloved Dog's Garden~".
We are pleased to announce our partnership with the dog hotel "Only・WAN ~Your Dog's Garden~" to meet the needs of dog lovers. Located just 200 meters away, a 3-minute walk from our accommodation, you can even see the dog hotel from our terrace. It is very convenient as you can visit your dog during evening or morning walks and at other times as well. For a one-night, two-day stay, dogs can be cared for from 9:00 AM on the first day until 6:00 PM on the following day without any additional charges, giving you plenty of time. The staff includes certified dog trainers available 24/7, ensuring that your pet is not confined to a cage but enjoys free time playing in the dog run area—truly a one-of-a-kind hotel experience. Additionally, updates about your dog's condition will be sent via LINE for your peace of mind. Please contact us directly once you've decided on your accommodation dates.
