  • About Service Etiquette

    We have stayed at the Renaissance 5 or 6 times since our child was a baby.This time, when we had dinner at Sai, we ordered sukiyaki. A female staff member prepared it for us at the beginning, but her chopstick handling stood out to us.Of course, it may be debatable whether a workplace needs to provide guidance on something like how to hold chopsticks, but watching her made us feel a little sorry that no one seemed to have taught her.Sai appears to value formality and refinement—for example, beach sandals are not allowed during dinner service. For that reason, we feel that if possible, providing additional guidance on service manners and etiquette would make the experience even more pleasant.

    We stayed at Club the B for 4 days and 3 nights.We traveled with our 5-year-old child, and we completely understand why it’s so popular!!We definitely want to come again next year.
