● Requests to Our Guests ●
1. Please ensure to check your temperature on the day of your visit.
If you feel even slightly unwell, we kindly ask for your courageous decision to cancel your trip or outing and inform us. TEL: 0558-72-0601
2. Upon arrival, we may request hand sanitization and temperature checks.
We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
Please note that we cannot accommodate guests who refuse temperature checks or have a fever.
3. Please wear a mask outside of your guest room and wash your hands frequently.
4. Dispose of used masks yourself.
5. Please refrain from using public restrooms in the Facility as much as possible.
● Measures Taken at Our Facility ●
1. Placement of sanitizers at the entrance.
2. Placement of sanitizers in the large communal bath, dining areas, and other key locations.
3. Additional disinfection after cleaning dining areas, guest rooms, and other Facilities.
4. For venue dining, tables are set with at least 1 meter of space between them.
5. For private dining rooms, seating arrangements are made to ensure guests sit diagonally from each other as much as possible.
6. To avoid crowded situations, tea service in guest rooms will be refrained.
7. Staff are required to wear masks and undergo temperature checks. Staff with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher are not permitted to work.
