  • At first, I felt the price was high, but after staying there, I was more than satisfied with the value. Both the Accommodation and the Room felt open and airy, and in a secluded, hideaway-like atmosphere, the staff’s warm smiles made my stay truly comfortable. The food was excellent and delicious, and the bowls and plates—beautifully chosen to match each ingredient—were also wonderful. You may get insects or leaves blowing in, but that’s only natural in such surroundings. Everything was kept very clean, so it didn’t bother me at all. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

  • The moment we stepped into our split-level Room facing the river and surrounded by lush greenery, we could feel the fresh airflow. The private baths, available without a Reservation whenever you feel like stopping by, are each thoughtfully designed and a pleasure to try, and the large public bath is spacious and deeply relaxing. Meals in the dining area are high-quality dishes that make the most of local ingredients, and we also loved the wide selection of all-inclusive drinks. Finishing with coffee and dessert in the lounge made for an outstanding dinner experience. The next morning, after enjoying an early bath, we had an excellent breakfast with items like dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet) and freshly grilled kinmedai (splendid alfonsino). Thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, we enjoyed a truly wonderful getaway. We would love to return in another season.

About Hygiene Measures
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Onsen Sanso Daikon no Hana. At Onsen Sanso Daikon no Hana, we are committed to providing a "comfortable" space for our guests while implementing measures to prevent and control the spread of infections such as the novel coronavirus. 【Infection Prevention Measures】 1. In addition to regular room cleaning, we conduct cleaning and wiping using alcohol-based disinfectants. Particular attention is given to disinfecting frequently touched areas (e.g., doorknobs, faucets, handles on drawers and refrigerators, remote controls, switches, etc.). 2. Our staff strictly manage their health and hygiene (including temperature checks and record-keeping). Staff showing any cold-like symptoms, regardless of fever, are required to stay at home. 3. All staff wear masks while performing customer service duties. *While mask-wearing is mandatory during face-to-face interactions, during the summer, masks may be removed in areas without people or during outdoor tasks (e.g., cleaning) to prevent heatstroke. 4. Depending on the usage status of the Facility, temporary restrictions may be applied. 5. Until the situation with the novel coronavirus stabilizes, we will limit the number of guest rooms in use and will not operate at full capacity (all 18 rooms). 【Facility and Equipment Enhancements】 1. Introduction of thermal cameras (non-contact thermometers) for temperature checks at check-in. 2. Completion of SIAA-certified "antiviral" and "antibacterial" coatings in guest rooms and throughout the Property. 3. Installation of air conditioners with humidifying and air-purifying functions in guest rooms. 4. Installation of toilets with automatic opening and cleaning functions in guest rooms. 5. Adoption of antiviral and antibacterial (VB) hand towels. 【Requests to Our Guests】 1. Please understand the COVID-19 prevention guidelines of your prefecture and decide on a safe time to visit. 2. If you have any of the following symptoms, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit until you are in good health: ・Cold-like symptoms observed from a few days prior to your visit or on the day of your visit. ・Symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, cough, fever, or a strong sense of taste abnormality. 3. Even if you feel well, elderly guests or those with underlying health conditions are encouraged to make cautious decisions based on information from relevant authorities. 4. Please check your temperature at home before departure. Additionally, we request all guests to cooperate with temperature checks at check-in. 5. If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we will follow the instructions of the health authorities and ask you to refrain from staying. 6. During your stay, please frequently disinfect your hands using the alcohol-based disinfectants provided in your room and throughout the Property. 7. Please use the large baths and public spaces appropriately based on the usage situation. 8. Detached guest rooms feature many windows that can be freely opened. Please ventilate the room frequently during your stay. 9. In case you feel unwell during your stay, we recommend bringing your health insurance card as a precaution. 10. Depending on the infection situation, we recommend a door-to-door trip between your home and Onsen Sanso Daikon no Hana. Onsen Sanso Daikon no Hana
