[Staying with Your Dog] Please read this before making a Reservation for the Doggy Room.
Before Making a Reservation (Excerpt from Terms of Use)
1. Only small dogs (each weighing under 10 kg) that are normally kept indoors are accepted (up to 2 dogs per room).
Dogs weighing 10 kg or more, as well as medium and large dogs, cannot be accommodated.
2. Check-in
(By car) Please park in front of the entrance and check in at the front desk. At check-in, we will provide parking guidance and hand you the key to the dedicated entrance.
(By train) When using the shuttle bus from Kashikojima Station, please place your dog in a pet carrier. After getting off the bus, please have your dog wait in front of the entrance while you check in.
3. To ensure everyone can use this Accommodation comfortably, we have set the following restrictions:
(1) Your dog must be a small dog aged 1 year or older and fully house-trained.
(2) No excessive barking.
(3) No biting, dangerous behavior, or actions that may disturb other guests.
(4) Your dog must be registered with your local municipal public health office.
(5) Your dog must have received a combination vaccine (5 types or more), and an annual rabies vaccination.
(6) Your dog must not have any infectious disease symptoms or other illnesses.
