The day before my stay, I noticed a mistake in my Reservation and contacted them. They responded politely, explained any additional charges, and I was able to stay without any issues.The cleaning staff also greeted me with a smile,which made it a wonderful trip.I would like to stay again!
ふねはち 6/25/2026Stayed on the Premium Room Plan with breakfast and lounge access.Breakfast included some locally sourced items (squid shumai, Ezo deer stew, Hokkaido milk, etc.), as well as cereal; rice (vinegared rice, white rice, multigrain); bread (table rolls, French toast); and Eggs Benedict. Soft drinks, assorted teas (tea bags), and wine were also available.There was a good selection of side dishes and desserts. Takeaway cups were provided, which was nice for enjoying coffee in the Room.Shampoo and toothbrushes were in the Room; other amenities can be selected as needed from in front of the front desk.The Room uses a card key, but the elevator is operated by buttons and does not require a card.The shower head was ReFa, but the water pressure was weak so I couldn’t really feel its benefits. The ReFa hair dryer was great. The provided shampoo & conditioner left my hair nicely moisturized—high points.Sleepwear is a two-piece pajama set.The lounge offers snacks (Misuzu Coffee cookies, mixed nuts, etc.) and ice cream. There is a coffee machine and wine. Books are available, and it’s quiet and relaxing. There’s no view (no windows).There is also a souvenir shop and drugstore on the first floor. It’s close to the morning market and Hakodate Station as well—very convenient.The weak shower pressure is one drawback, and the sink isn’t ideal for washing your face (there’s a shelf above it, and the basin is small). Since ReFa seems aimed at female guests in particular, this was disappointing—minus 0.5 points.No issues with brushing teeth or handwashing.
