  • I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed for one night for a concert. The upgraded Room was very comfortable, and they also arranged for my friend to be in the next Room. At breakfast, I enjoyed a variety of Niigata specialties—of course the rice was delicious—and there were even some pickles I’d never tried before, so I ended up eating a lot from the morning. The service was excellent as well. It’s a bit far from the station, but that made it quiet and relaxing, which I really appreciated. Next time I come to Niigata, I’d like to stay at Hotel Nikko again.

  • The stunning views are especially memorable.

    Every time I visited Niigata, I would come to the Bakauke Observatory and hope that one day I could stay at this Hotel—my wish finally came true. At the Bakauke Observatory, you can’t take your time enjoying the view for long, but from the Hotel room you can admire it whenever you like, and it’s also great to be able to head to the observatory whenever you feel like it. Being able to enjoy different scenery from daytime through morning depending on the time of day is a special perk unique to this Hotel.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just what you’d expect from a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was excellent across the board, and in particular, the chef’s omelet was better than any I’ve had at other Hotels.I’d love to stay again.
