  • The view was great, and it was directly connected to the ferry terminal, so we could really relax!!

    - The room was on a high floor with a great view—it was so relaxing!!- The staff’s attentive service was also very soothing!!- We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was delicious!- It’s a bit far from the downtown area, but there’s a well-maintained waterfront walking path, so the walk was enjoyable. I’d love to stay again.

  • The stunning views are especially memorable.

    Every time I visited Niigata, I would come to the Bakauke Observatory and hope that one day I could stay at this Hotel—my wish finally came true. At the Bakauke Observatory, you can’t take your time enjoying the view for long, but from the Hotel room you can admire it whenever you like, and it’s also great to be able to head to the observatory whenever you feel like it. Being able to enjoy different scenery from daytime through morning depending on the time of day is a special perk unique to this Hotel.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just what you’d expect from a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was excellent across the board, and in particular, the chef’s omelet was better than any I’ve had at other Hotels.I’d love to stay again.
