Highlights include freshly made omelets from the live kitchen, seasonal ingredients from Hamamatsu, and original desserts crafted by our patissier.   • It was comfortable.

    During my visit to Hamamatsu to return to my family home, I stayed with a No Meals Included plan this time. I enjoyed staying in a room with a view of Hamamatsu Castle, which allowed me to enjoy the scenery at an affordable price. There was an amenity bar at the reception area, which wasn’t available before, and I made use of various items. Personally, I liked the coffee and bath salts. The unmanned shop has also increased in convenience as I could get drinks without having to go to a convenience store. Unfortunately, all the pillows at the pillow bar were already taken, so I'll look forward to trying it next time. Although it may be difficult, I feel that having a large public bath would make it even better.

  • Best Value/Service Hotel

    A room with a view of Hamamatsu Castle, including a plan with unaju dinner and breakfast. The result was excellent. From the warm welcome to the front desk and dining area, everything was great. The customer service is outstanding. Dinner's unaju (grilled eel over rice) includes one whole eel in the standard portion. Perfectly grilled (crispy outside, fluffy inside), delicious flavor, no odor, and thick eel slices. Additionally, Hamamatsu's sansho pepper is incredibly tasty. The best time to view Hamamatsu Castle from the room is around 8 PM when the city hall lights turn off, making the castle beautifully visible. I enjoyed it while sipping on a highball drink. The bed was also very comfortable for sleeping.Breakfast was buffet-style with many options, all of which were delicious.Parking at the hotel's lot was free of charge as well! It's rare to find such a cost-effective hotel with excellent service.● Highlights: - Free parking - Excellent customer service - Complimentary water bottles for each guest - Amenities provided ● Suggestions for improvement: - It would be nice if makeup remover, cleansing products, toner, and lotion were available.- Softer toothbrushes with finer tips would be better.- Pajamas that are separate top-and-bottom sets instead of yukata would be more comfortable (including sizes for toddlers to kids). - Having items like children's retort curry in the shop would be convenient!
