■Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
【Efforts in Public Spaces】
1. Installation of Disinfectant (Alcohol)
Disinfectant is provided at all entrances, banquet hall entrances, restrooms, waiting areas, and bridal salons to ensure an environment where guests can easily sanitize their hands.
2. Facility Disinfection
High-touch areas such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, and restroom doors are disinfected with alcohol approximately once every hour.
3. Ventilation in Banquet Halls and Bridal Salons
Ventilation is conducted during, before, and after banquets and receptions to refresh the air inside the venue. Additionally, bridal salons are ventilated approximately once every hour.
【Efforts for Employees】
1. Health checks are conducted for all employees, including temperature checks before starting work. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are strictly prohibited from coming to work.
2. All employees are instructed to wash hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands once every hour.
3. Ventilation is conducted in employee offices approximately once every hour.
4. Business trips for all employees have been prohibited in principle since February 25, 2020.
5. Gatherings involving food and drink with 10 or more people have been prohibited since March 13, 2020.
6. Overseas travel has been prohibited in principle since March 13, 2020.
7. Entry to high-risk facilities has been prohibited since March 13, 2020.
8. Employees who are unwell or potentially infected with COVID-19 are prohibited from coming to work since February 25, 2020. (The same applies if a family member of the employee shows suspicious symptoms.)
9. For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, all housekeeping and kitchen staff are required to wear masks.
【Requests to Our Guests】
・To ensure a safe environment for all, we kindly ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands upon arrival at the Facility.
・We regret to inform you that guests suspected of having COVID-19 may be denied entry.
・If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform a nearby staff member.
