グラン711 9/6/2026This was our first stay in three years, and our first summer visit with children. After enjoying the pool, our child fell asleep and we weren’t sure what to do, so we asked just in case—and you were able to let us check in almost two hours earlier than planned. It was a huge help. Our child was fully refreshed after a nap on the bed, and we were able to enjoy the pool even more afterward. The BBQ was also great for families with kids—our children played on the lawn, so we could relax and take our time. It’s a bit of a shame that we couldn’t use the container sauna or spa because we had children with us, but we were very satisfied with the extraordinary experience that felt like being abroad. We would be very happy if the wine selection could be improved a little more.
