  • A calm and serene atmosphere

    Set in a quiet location slightly away from the center of the area, I felt comfortable throughout my stay thanks to the warm welcome from all the staff. The optional lounge was also wonderful—enjoying snacks carefully selected by the head chef made it easy to keep sipping drinks.With thoughtful touches throughout that help you forget everyday life, I’d love to come back again.

    We stayed here on a senior sisters’ trip.Thank you for your prompt reply to the comment I wrote at the time of Reservation, and for your thoughtful support.That attentive service never changed—from meeting us at the station on arrival to check-out.The Room was very comfortable, and we were delighted with the large bath that we could use whenever we liked. The hot spring water felt gentle, and we were able to relax in the Room at our own pace.Since I don’t like in-room dining because odors tend to linger, I really appreciated being able to dine in the restaurant instead. We enjoyed a delicious meal at leisure in a private room.Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and I especially loved the yudofu (tofu hot pot) in the morning.I was also happy to receive a birthday gift this time—it made for a wonderful memory.I would love to visit again if I have the chance.Thank you very much.
