The main building, crafted entirely from zelkova wood, welcomes you after 22 years of dedication—10 years spent carefully selecting fine wood from the whole country and 12 years devoted to traditional Japanese architecture. Modeled after Kyoto's Nijo Castle, this structure is said to be nearly impossible to replicate today. Experience the perfect harmony of "stillness" and "movement" in a refined yet splendidly elegant space.
At Chisouan, our philosophy is to remove unnecessary embellishments and highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. This is easier said than done, and there are times when we find ourselves in the kitchen even late at night. We refuse to compromise on anything we create with our own hands, no matter how small the dish.
Step outside your room, and you'll find an open-air bath waiting for you. Each room is equipped with a private open-air bath, offering a secluded retreat for adults. A luxurious space awaits you. We have created this accommodation to provide our guests with a relaxing experience. Our goal is to offer natural and effortless service.
