From the reception desk staff at check-in to the restaurant team, every staff member provided high-quality service with a real sense of refinement.The route to the guest room and details like the lobby floor being on the 3rd floor felt a bit complex—in a way I personally loved—and it gave me an exciting feeling, like exploring inside the Hotel.The clear, colorless Onsen also left a great impression. In addition, there was an oddly airy feeling on the Onsen floor; although it is actually at ground level, it somehow felt as if it were much higher up, creating a unique sensation.From check-in until I left the Accommodation, I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
