  • All the staff provided exceptional hospitality.

    I had been on the go since early morning and was completely exhausted, so I truly appreciated the thoughtful care from all the staff. The view from the Room was wonderful as well. The spa also soothed my tired body and was very relaxing. I almost didn’t want to check out. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

  • It was my first stay in a month.

This time I was in Memanbetsu for work and mostly just slept, but thanks to the warm hospitality of your staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. Thank you very much.
