As part of our measures against viral infectious diseases, we place the health and safety of our guests and all related parties first and are implementing the following infection prevention measures. 〇 For all guests checking in, we take infection prevention measures such as avoiding face-to-face contact, and conduct 100% temperature checks and identity verification. 〇 If a guest is found to have symptoms such as fever (37.5°C or higher), cough, or sore throat, we have established a system to contact the public health center for guidance, including on weekends. 〇 We thoroughly implement measures to avoid the “Three Cs” in shared Facility areas such as dining venues by setting limits on the number of users and usage times. 〇 For buffet-style service, we prevent sharing by providing individually plated meals, having staff serve portions, or preparing dedicated tongs/chopsticks for each guest. We also ensure adequate spacing between seats to thoroughly implement “Three Cs” prevention during meals. 〇 In addition, we thoroughly implement infection prevention measures in accordance with the Japan Hotel Association’s “COVID-19 Response Guidelines,” including thorough ventilation and disinfection of guest rooms and shared spaces. 〇 Wearing masks We ask guests to wear masks when moving around inside the building. All staff members also wear masks. 〇 Hand sanitizer stations Please disinfect your hands using the alcohol-based sanitizer installed at the entrance. 〇 Wiping with disinfectant Doorknobs, handrails, and other frequently touched surfaces are regularly wiped with alcohol disinfectant or hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution. 〇 Maintaining distance We ask for your cooperation in avoiding close-range conversations whenever possible and maintaining physical distance from other guests. In banquet halls, we limit seating capacity to ensure adequate spacing between guests. 〇 Ventilation We ventilate indoor areas regularly before opening hours, during business hours, and outside business hours. 〇 Staff health management Staff members regularly wash hands/gargle and disinfect their hands during business hours. Temperature checks are conducted before starting work. 〇 Online meetings Upon request, meetings regarding weddings or banquets can also be held online.
