Because I rarely have the chance to travel with family or close friends, I usually travel alone. Soaking in the Onsen helps me clear my mind. Enjoying delicious food is a true happiness. What’s more, Shin Tsuta brings me peace, so I return again and again. This is very important to me. The sense of calm and fulfillment I feel is thanks to the warmth and character of each and every member of your staff. That calm and fulfillment also makes me feel as if it restores my purity. When I get home, I already want to go back to Shin Tsuta—like when I was young, after seeing my sweetheart and returning to the dormitory, I immediately wanted to see them again.

We were very satisfied.
This was my second stay, and this time we chose a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was so spacious it felt almost too big for two people. We were able to relax at our own pace, enjoying both the large public bath and the bath in our Room.I especially liked the “Hoyakuyu” medicinal bath in the public bath area. For dinner, we chose crab and yellowtail collar—there was an incredible amount of grilled collar! Everything was delicious, and even with full stomachs we headed back to the Onsen. I also loved the mushroom miso at breakfast and bought some to take home.This is a thoughtful Ryokan that makes you want to come back again and again.
