~Our Hotel’s Response to the Spread of COVID-19~ Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Kagoshima Sun Royal Hotel. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of infection, our Hotel is implementing the following measures: Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby, restaurants, shared areas, and restrooms. We ask all guests to sanitize their hands with alcohol disinfectant upon entering the Hotel. We also request hand sanitizing at the entrance of each restaurant. High-touch areas throughout the Hotel are wiped down with disinfectant at least once every hour. Transparent acrylic partitions have been installed at the front desk counter, information counter, and restaurant cashier counters to help prevent droplet transmission. Some lobby sofas and chairs have been removed to ensure adequate distance between guests. The number of tables in each restaurant has been reduced, and spacing between tables has been increased. For banquets and meetings, we propose layouts that allow greater distance between guests. In principle, lobby staff will no longer escort guests to their rooms. Assistance with carrying luggage will be provided as needed. The sauna in the Onsen is temporarily closed until further notice. All employees have their temperature checked upon arrival at work. Anyone with a temperature of 37.0°C or higher or who feels unwell will be asked to stay home. We also ensure thorough alcohol-based hand sanitizing by staff. All employees are required to wear masks.
