The main initiatives under “Clean & Safety” are as follows:

1. Installation of alcohol-based sanitizers
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the Hotel to provide an environment where guests can sanitize their hands.
2. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection
In addition to our regular cleaning, we conduct periodic cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas used by many people (elevator buttons, restrooms, door handles, TV and air-conditioning remote controls, tables, chairs, etc.).
3. Ventilation
We regularly ventilate the Hotel by exchanging indoor air.
4. Food hygiene
As always, we thoroughly manage food safety in accordance with food hygiene standards.
In addition, tableware and cutlery are washed at high temperatures, and kitchen cleaning has been further strengthened.
5. Breakfast restaurant “crowd level visibility” service
Before visiting, you can check the breakfast restaurant’s current usage status on a dedicated website.
6. Consideration for room service
Upon request, we will place the trolley outside your door and notify you by ringing the doorbell.
7. Employee initiatives
Alcohol-based sanitizer is provided in employee areas, and high-touch points are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
Regarding mask-wearing by employees: respecting individual choice, mask use has been optional since May 8, 2023.
