    I stayed at this Hotel on a trip with my son’s family. It’s close to the park, and the Room is very cute.My grandchildren were excited and delighted from the moment we arrived, thanks to the adorable character statues at the entrance.Breakfast was delicious, and there was a great variety of desserts as well—we were very satisfied.I’d love to stay here again when we visit USJ.

    I had a very comfortable stay. When I arrived for the 3:00 PM check-in, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. The LINE queue feature was a great idea. The Room was comfortable; it would have been even better if the TV could stream YouTube and similar services.At checkout, I went to pick up the locker coin, but the staff seemed very busy and handed it to me while working on something else, saying “yes, yes.” Sorry for coming at a busy time.I used the Epoch breakfast service. Everything was very delicious, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and desserts. However, some items tasted a bit salty (like the miso soup). The curry was excellent, and I was happy there were udon noodles as well. That said, since the rice balls were already lined up from the start—and staff were at the counter—I thought freshly made ones would have been nicer to eat hot. The ones on display were cold; in that case, I’d rather serve myself warm rice from the rice cooker.It may be difficult when it’s crowded, but overall everything was delicious and I ate a lot. I was very happy. Thank you very much—I’d like to stay again.
