  • Perfect in every way.

    I planned this trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday and stayed at the Imperial Hotel Osaka for the first time. Since we had reserved an Imperial Room, check-in was handled while we relaxed in our seats, and the service was extremely attentive. The Room felt elegant and substantial, with outstanding views and a wide selection of amenities. At the lounge exclusively for Imperial Room guests, the one-plate appetizers were delicious, and there was also an excellent variety of other snacks and drinks—everything exceeded our expectations. There was nothing to complain about, and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Osaka.
