[Measures Implemented Throughout the Hotel] - Alcohol-based hand sanitizer available throughout the building - Frequent disinfection of high-touch areas (*) - Ensuring social distancing (e.g., reducing seating capacity) - Using trays for cash handling at checkout - Staff are required to wash hands and gargle, and undergo daily temperature checks and health condition monitoring - Staff wear masks *Examples: doorknobs, switches/buttons, handrails, menus, card keys, pens, and other shared items [Public Spaces] - Limiting the number of users in elevators, public restrooms, smoking rooms, etc. [Accommodation] - Conducting temperature checks as requested by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare - Disinfection during guest room cleaning - Installing hypochlorous acid space sterilization/deodorization units in the front desk area - Installing partitions at the front counter to help prevent droplet transmission [Banquets / Meetings / Weddings] - Proposing venue layouts that reflect new lifestyle guidelines - Adjusting banquet start times to avoid crowding in the lobby - Suspending buffet-style service; proposing individually plated meals instead - In principle, suspending cloakroom baggage storage to help prevent contact transmission - Regular ventilation of venues - When many participants are from outside the prefecture: requesting organizers provide a participant list to ensure a means of contact is available - Limiting the maximum number of wedding ceremonies/receptions held per day - Reducing capacity at ceremony venues (chapel/shrine) [Restaurants / Bar / Delicatessen Shop] - Installing partitions or sheets at cashier areas to help prevent droplet transmission When windows can be opened: conducting regular ventilation ~Requests to Guests~ -We ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon arrival.
