I will never forget that you provided warm snacks when food was scarce, and that you helped heat the food we brought with us. Also, even though the elevator was out of service, you helped carry our heavy luggage down from the 11th floor, which was a tremendous help. I am deeply grateful for your thoughtful care and consideration. I imagine aftershocks and daily inconveniences may still be continuing. In July 2026, four of us stayed together in one Room as a close group of friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming even outside the entrance, and despite the heat everyone greeted us with bright smiles and clear voices—it felt wonderful.The Room was clean with a great view, the meals were delicious, and we also enjoyed the bar that stays open late. We were so satisfied that it made us want to come back.The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was exciting, though if I had to mention one small point, there was an egg item that wasn’t clearly labeled as raw or boiled.It was a very nice Hotel!
