I’ve visited many times since it first opened. The meals used to be delicious, but in recent years I feel the quality and taste have declined, so I now stay with No Meals Included. The baths are open-air in the forest and always wonderful no matter when you go. This time, I even saw a deer mother and her fawn.I also love the View Bath Twin room. If you open the window, it feels like a semi-open-air bath and is very relaxing. It’s a shame it isn’t an Onsen, but there was a great selection of bath additives provided, which was excellent.
We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast while taking in the beautiful fresh greenery views.Thank you very much for the wonderful birthday service.The Onsen was excellent, with great water quality.It was nice to be able to enjoy alcohol and soft drinks in the lobby.The sparkling wine was fairly sweet, so I would be happy if a dry option were also available.Since there is no elevator, it was difficult having to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to our Room. A staff member guided us to the Room, but I would have appreciated some consideration in helping with our luggage.
