  • Room and Dining

    We chose this place for the traditional Shippoku cuisine and the beautiful night view. The road up to the Hotel is quite steep, so getting there was a bit nerve-racking. The Room was a spacious 10-tatami Japanese-style room with two beds, and the bath, toilet, and washbasin area were all separate.And the Shippoku cuisine—there was a wide variety of appetizers, beautifully presented. In particular, the Nagasaki-style ozoni (a steamed dish) was outstanding! With sea bream, shrimp, kombu rolls, and more in a delicious broth, it was exciting to see what would come next (I forgot to take photos). The braised pork belly came with an egg that looked beautiful as well, and everything through dessert was delicious.From the bath you can also look out over the sea and all the way to Nagasaki Station. Since going out to Mt. Inasa at night would be difficult, we enjoyed the night view 충분 here. The staff worked very hard too, which made our stay comfortable.
