    Once again, our whole family had a wonderful two-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive as always, and we truly appreciate it.A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited for the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including the slide. Both dinner and breakfast were very luxurious and made for a great time together.Thank you as always. We will definitely stay again.

  • Our anniversary trip was a huge success!

    Choosing this place for my husband’s 84th birthday trip was a great success. The Room was wonderful—luxurious and almost too spacious for just the two of us. The amenities were a bit disappointing; it would have been even better if there had been a body wash towel. The meals were thoughtfully prepared with careful seasoning that respected the ingredients, and we also enjoyed the complimentary manju and Onsen eggs. Although the property is large, it was spotless and impeccably maintained. Our attendant provided very courteous service and made us feel truly welcome.\nWe are grateful that our requests were kindly accommodated, and we would love to stay here again.\nThank you for making it such a wonderful birthday.
