Installation of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers We have increased the number of alcohol-based sanitizers throughout the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment. Please cooperate by sanitizing your hands. 2. Temperature Checks We conduct temperature checks. Guests with a fever or those feeling unwell may be asked to refrain from entering the premises. 3. Elevator Usage Please maintain sufficient spacing when using the elevators. 4. Cooperation During Busy Times During busy times at the restaurant, we kindly ask for your cooperation with entry restrictions. -Measures Taken by the Hotel- 1. Handwashing and Alcohol-Based Sanitization Employees are required to sanitize their hands after entering the office or using the restroom. 2. Wearing Masks All employees of our group are required to wear masks during work hours. 3. Enhanced Regular Disinfection We regularly disinfect areas frequently touched by guests with alcohol-based sanitizers. 4. Health Checks Employees are required to check their temperature and sanitize their hands before starting work. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are asked to stay home as a precaution. 5. Seating Arrangements In our restaurants and banquet halls, we ensure layouts that maintain adequate spacing between guests. Similarly, in our shops, we ensure sufficient spacing for customers waiting in line. 6. Hotel Ventilation System We have introduced a ventilation system that constantly brings in outside air, purifies it through filters, and supplies it indoors. 7. Installation of Clear Partitions To prevent droplet infection, clear partitions have been installed in areas where guests and staff interact face-to-face. 8. Payment Procedures During payment, we use cash trays for transactions.
