  • A Long-Awaited Family Trip

    It was my parents’ first long-distance trip in a while, and they were delighted with the lounge upon arrival, enjoying alcohol and desserts. They remained in great spirits thanks to the thoughtful hospitality throughout our stay.At dinner, every dish was delicious, and even I—usually a light eater—found myself eating more than usual.After enjoying the spacious Onsen, we had a wonderful time chatting in the nostalgic Kiku Room while looking out at the garden.Thank you for such a lovely time.I was so happy to see how much my parents enjoyed it—it was truly worth bringing them here.Thank you very much.

  • A Welcoming Accommodation

    Thank you for taking such great care of us on our first trip to Kyushu as a couple.There were so many staff members welcoming us at the beginning, and even checking in in our Room made us a little nervous. Compared with other Hotels, there were more staff, and everyone was polite—the service felt very attentive.There were plenty of towels and amenities prepared at the Onsen, which was very helpful. However, there was no facial cleanser in the bathing area, so we had to go to the changing room to get it; it would have been nice to have some available near the showers as well.The bath itself was simple and lovely with continuously flowing water, but we thought it would be even better if there were a jacuzzi or sauna too.The meals, welcome drink, free drinks, and pudding service were all excellent.Since there were only adults staying, we could relax quietly in the garden and in the Kiku Room area, which we really appreciated.Above all, breakfast was handmade with many local dishes and lots of desserts—it was delicious. We were so full that we couldn’t finish everything, which was a shame, but we would love to visit again someday.Thank you also for the photo when we left. Thanks to you, it became a wonderful trip.
