Notice Regarding COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures To ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind and safety, we have implemented the highest standards of hygiene management currently available and an operating system designed to avoid the “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing infection. ■Measures to Prevent the Spread of Infection■ - All staff are required to wear masks and are thoroughly instructed to wash hands, sanitize, and gargle frequently. - All staff are required to take their temperature and complete a health check before starting work. - Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at entrances, lobbies, restaurants, elevator halls on each floor, and other areas throughout each Facility. - In addition to regular cleaning inside the building, we regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as elevator buttons and handrails. - To help prevent droplet transmission, acrylic partitions or vinyl sheets are installed at counters where face-to-face service is provided. - During payment, we use cash trays to avoid direct hand-to-hand exchange of cash or credit cards. - Markers are displayed at areas where lines may form (such as the front desk) and inside elevators to help maintain appropriate distancing. - In restaurants and bars, the number of tables and chairs is limited to maintain social distancing. In addition, buffet-style service will not be offered; instead, meals will be served directly from live cooking stations or provided as set menus. ■Requests for Guests Staying with Us■ - Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as cough, fever, severe fatigue, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort. - Please use alcohol-based sanitizer upon entry and during meals; we also ask that you use it as needed during your stay inside the building. - Please wear a mask within each Facility. (Except during exercise; however, masks are requested in the fitness area.) - Health checks and temperature screening may be conducted at each Facility; thank you for your cooperation. If a fever (37.5°C / 99.5°F or higher) is detected/confirmed/observed/recognized/found/present/noted/measured/recorded/shown/indicated/discovered/reported/identified/evident/apparent/perceived/suspected/determined/verified), you may be asked not to use our services.
