Dear Guests, ~ Measures Against COVID-19 ~ At Matsushima Sakan Shoan, we are implementing the following "Three Cs" measures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. 【For Our Staff】 We conduct daily temperature checks before staff report to work. To maintain health and hygiene, all staff are required to wear masks. 【Alcohol Disinfection Upon Entry】 Alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be placed at the entrance. We kindly ask guests to disinfect their hands upon entering. Hand sanitizers will also be provided in guest rooms and private rooms. Please use them as needed. 【Wearing Masks Inside the Facility】 We request that guests wear masks while staying in public spaces and during movement within the Facility. Masks are not required in dining areas, baths, or guest rooms, but we ask for your cooperation in maintaining social distancing. 【Installation of Acrylic Panels at the Front Desk】 Acrylic panels will be installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission, as this is an area where guests and staff interact closely. The acrylic panels will be regularly sterilized with alcohol. 【Infection Prevention Measures in the Facility】 Guests with a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher may be denied entry. In restaurants and other seating areas, we will arrange seats with as much spacing as possible. In addition to regular disinfection of shared areas, ventilation will be conducted as needed, such as after breakfast or during lunch hours. Elevator use will be limited to one group at a time, and buttons and handrails will be disinfected regularly. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our measures accordingly.
