    I had a very comfortable stay!There were a few minor housekeeping issues, but the Room and the Hotel overall were clean.I was very satisfied with the meals as well! I thought it might be nice to use even more of my favorite Nagano ingredients.I’d love to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • This was my first st...

    This was my first stay, and the entire hotel was clean. There was also a welcome drink, and the front desk staff were very courteous. The room was spacious and spotless. Above all, the bath area was large, and the open-air bath felt absolutely wonderful. The meals were also very satisfying, with a wide variety including fresh vegetables, roast beef, and sushi. It’s also kid-friendly, with a pool and a kids’ room, so next time I’d love to stay here with my grandchildren.
