[Hotel Measures to Prevent the Spread of Infection]
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the Facility.
- Frequently touched areas (doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, handrails, restrooms, etc.) are disinfected thoroughly and regularly.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is also provided at the bus entrance for guests using the bus.
- In addition to standard cleaning, guest rooms are disinfected with alcohol with special focus on high-touch surfaces and items.
- Staff practice frequent handwashing, gargling, and alcohol disinfection.
- Staff health checks and temperature screening are conducted before each shift. Any staff member with a fever will not work and will be instructed to visit a medical institution.
Air in the “lobby,” “restaurant,” and “banquet hall” is supplied with fresh outdoor air, circulated indoors, and then exhausted outdoors. The air is generally fully replaced every 4–6 minutes.
In addition, the filters used have a double-layer structure with medium-efficiency filters installed, helping maintain a high level of air cleanliness.
*In light of COVID-19 being reclassified under Japan’s Infectious Diseases Control Law from May 8, 2023 (Mon), from “Novel Influenza等 Infectious Disease” to “Category V Infectious Disease,” we will revise our infection prevention measures at the Hotel as follows:
-Mask policy
For guests visiting the Hotel: Since March 13, 2023 onward, mask-wearing has been left to each individual’s discretion.
For staff: In principle, staff will not wear masks except for kitchen personnel.
-Hand sanitizer
We will no longer request disinfection upon arrival or when entering the restaurant; however, sanitizer will continue to be available throughout the Facility.
-Temperature screening
We will no longer conduct temperature checks upon arrival or when entering the restaurant.
-Partitions
Except in certain areas, partitions will be removed.
We will continue to implement thorough measures to prevent infection spread and will maintain staff health checks and temperature screening.
