  • Traveling with a 2-year-old child.

    We stayed for one night and two days with a couple of friends from Tokyo. We were a bit worried with three 2-year-olds, but it was fine.Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we arrived before noon and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There was also an indoor play area, and we enjoyed mango parfaits at the elephant tortoise café in front of the Onsen! Kaiseki dinner at night and a buffet breakfast in the morning—such a wonderful two days!It’s definitely on our list of Accommodations we want to visit again!

  • Memorable Hotel

    This is the Hotel where I worked a short-term year-end and New Year’s job in my 20s. It is Merci now; when I worked here, it was Shangri-La. This time I stayed to retrace my own footsteps so far. The beach is nearby, and while the pool isn’t very large, it’s very clean. The bath towel rental service was also handled very well. The Onsen was at just the temperature I like, and I ended up going in four times during my stay. We used the Merci restaurant; there was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious, but I was especially impressed by the cutting service Wagyu—it had an A5-grade level of flavor. The Room had an ocean view, was thoroughly cleaned, and we stayed comfortably.The Hotel staff—older staff, younger staff, and international staff—were all pleasant and provided excellent service.I truly recommend this Hotel. As expected of Tokyu Hotels. Thank you very much to all the staff members. I would like to stay again.
