  • An Accommodation We Hope You’ll Choose for Your Special Day

    I found this Ryokan while looking for a trip to give my boyfriend as a birthday present, also as a thank-you for his proposal.This was an important trip for me, and everything—from the hospitality to the Onsen, the food, and the Room—was wonderful. It was a truly heartwarming Ryokan.When I asked about bringing in wine as a surprise, they responded and accommodated my request promptly and with great care. I didn’t expect such thoughtful support, and I’m very grateful. In the end, he was delighted, and we were able to spend a lovely time together.While searching for a Ryokan, I saw many reviews praising the hospitality, and after staying here I completely understand why.The service from our attendant and all other staff was excellent, making this trip even more special.We also enjoyed seasonal flavors in the cuisine, and since it was served in our Room we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace.The words said to us at departure—“We look forward to welcoming you again in another season”—left a strong impression on me. We would love to visit again.

  • A relaxing and comfortable stay at a long-established Ryokan in Atami

    I chose this Ryokan because it’s easy to reach from Tokyo, and I wanted to relax and enjoy delicious meals and the Onsen at a leisurely pace. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even though we arrived early, we were promptly shown to a clean Room. The hospitality in the lobby and guest rooms was excellent, and I was able to spend a relaxing time while enjoying sightseeing in Atami and the Onsen. Every meal served in the Room was delicious, and the staff’s attentive service truly reflected their spirit of hospitality. I traveled with my mother, and we felt genuinely cared for thanks to their thoughtful attention. It was a wonderful Ryokan that I would love to stay at again.
