    I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent.Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

  • The biggest highligh...

    The biggest highlight of our two-night stay was the wonderful support we received from Mr./Ms. T, who was helping out in the Executive Lounge from another department. Not only was their language impeccably polite, but their warm manner—anticipating how I felt and responding accordingly—really stood out. They may not realize it at all, but I was deeply impressed by their thoughtful, understated gestures and consideration. They must have been extremely busy, yet they always carried themselves with calm composure, which truly moved me. My companion had just been discharged from the hospital, so we were unsure how things would go, but we were fortunate to be cared for by every member of the Hotel staff who assisted us. We are truly grateful. My companion will be hospitalized again soon, but says they will do their best while remembering how enjoyable these two nights were. Thank you very much. We will definitely return.
