  • My Favorite Hotel

    I’ve stayed here so many times I’ve lost count.It’s a Hotel that always makes me feel calm and at ease.This time I debated between Shigira and a large Hotel on Kurima Island, but in the end I chose Tokyu.I’m glad I came to Tokyu.The staff also seem to work together so well, and I really liked that too.Please keep up the great work!!!

  • Escape the city and savor island time.

    A cherished Hotel where we have spent many summers since spring 2013, watching our child grow and creating countless memories. This was our first stay in several years, and thanks to everyone’s dedicated efforts—facing daily challenges such as changes in nature, shifts in travel demand, staffing needs, and the building’s aging—we were able to relax and enjoy a truly安心 stay. Not fully understanding some of the recent procedures, I feel sorry for having contacted the busy leisure counter and called with questions; however, I was comforted by the warm smiles and attentive service from everyone at “Restaurant Yabishi.” The sushi dinner was outstanding, and we look forward to it again on our next stay! We are also very grateful for the flexible and kind support from the front desk staff at checkout, which left us with a warm afterglow from our trip. We cannot wait to return to your Hotel—continuing alongside the island—where we can enjoy an island pace of time that you simply won’t find at city Hotels.
