  • A Short Getaway to Enjoy Nara Hotel

    Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day.It was a trip with my daughter, planned so we could fully enjoy the newly renovated Nara Hotel, since sightseeing during the hot summer season can be challenging.We were relieved to find that the classic, dignified interior remains unchanged. At the same time, the bathtub and other features in our Room were up to date, making our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed afternoon tea at Mikasa and breakfast at a relaxed pace, forgetting about the heat outside.Next time, I would like to invite my husband as well and plan another trip simply to unwind.Thank you to all of your staff.

  • The staff were very attentive.

    Especially the front desk team—everything from check-in to room service was explained clearly and concisely, and the guidance provided was flawless. I imagine you have thoroughly listed possible guest questions and worked together to ensure guests never feel uneasy. The younger staff members were also sincere and left a great impression. The in-room bathroom had climate control with a choice of heating or cooling, which was very comfortable. I’m glad I was able to stay at this classic Hotel. Thank you very much, everyone.
